A decade ago, Cheryl and Andy McLauchlan were living in what Cheryl thought was their dream home in Clyde Hill with their two little children, Amanda and Ian, when Andy saw a property on Cozy Cove in Yarrow Point.
“We both were loving our home in Clyde Hill,” said Cheryl, “but Andy said, ‘I want that! It’s a shared dock. Shared waterfront. We’ve got to get down here at Yarrow,’” she said.
Three months after that declaration and buying the property, he was diagnosed with liver cancer.…
