Pearl Properties wants Jewelers’ Row residential tower to ‘really join in the fabric of the neighborhood’

Pearl Properties plans to build a nearly 100-unit residential tower on a long-vacant Jewelers' Row parcel where Toll Brothers had previously proposed a condominium project.
