Pearl’s newest restaurant to open in January


The Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio has chosen an opening month and name for its newest student restaurant at Pearl.

Though the specific date is not known, the CIA will open SAVOR — a seasonal modern American concept based on the CIA’s curriculum, which teaches cuisines and techniques from around the world — in January. The college’s chefs and hospitality instructors will lead students in preparing and serving dinner as part of their studies.
