Pebblebrook sells second Kimpton-managed hotel for $23M


Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB) continues to shed its D.C. portfolio, selling the Kimpton Hotel Madera for $23.3 million.

Pios Grande Xgen DC Hotel LLC, a limited liability company registered to Pennsylvania-based capital investment firm Roch Capital Inc., purchased the 82-room Dupont Circle hotel in a sale that closed Sept. 26, according to District public records. Pebblebrook confirmed the sale in a release but did not disclose the buyer.
