PGA National Resort sale is region’s priciest hotel trade of the year


The PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens sold for $217.96 million, making it the priciest hotel sale of the year in South Florida.

Opened in 1981, the PGA National is one of the most famous golf resorts in the world. It has hosted the PGA Championship, the PGA Senior Championship, the Ryder Cup and the PGA Honda Classic. It has five golf courses.
