PGA youth golf center, lavender farm expansion among ‘neighborhood transformation’ projects sharing $10M in federally funded grants


A youth golf center at a Superfund site, a new early childhood center and the expansion of a lavender farm are among the projects chosen by the city of St. Louis for its final round of $10 million in federally funded Neighborhood Transformation grants.
