Philadelphia Phillies pitcher buys luxury home in Arizona for $8M


Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Taijuan Walker has paid $8 million for a luxury home outside of Phoenix.

Walker, who pitched for the Arizona Diamondbacks from 2017 to 2019 while working through injuries and Tommy John surgery, signed a four-year, $72 million contract with the Phillies last December.

The 7,940-square-foot home is located in Paradise Valley near Scottsdale.
