Phoenix homebuilder joins handful of U.S. public companies with majority female boards


Taylor Morrison Home Corp. (NYSE: TMHC), a Scottsdale-based homebuilding company, has added two women to its board of directors, making it the first majority-female board among public homebuilders.

The company said Thursday it added Denise Warren, a former New York Times executive, and Andi Owen, former Banana Republic global president, to its board, making it a now 4:3 female-to-male ratio.
