Phoenix Suns owner to build $100M downtown office campus and Mercury practice facility


The entire project will be built from the ground up. The plan is to have the development finished in the spring of 2024 so the the Mercury can move in before the start of the summer WNBA season. A high-profile Houston-based real estate firm will oversee the project.
