With nearly 500 performances each year on multiple stages, The Phoenix Theatre Co. is attracting talent from across the country in an effort to bring pre-Broadway productions to its stages. Already the owner of one other apartment complex, the theater is adding a second multifamily building to its repertoire. Here's what the theater paid for the building.
