Phoenix tractor-trailer maintenance facility sells for $6.95 million


A 50,000-square-foot tractor-trailer repair and maintenance building sold for $6.95 million in Phoenix.

The facility sits on 14.4 acres at 2830 S. 51st Ave. and has 14 drive-in, grade-level doors and 24-foot clearance.

Isy Sonabend of NAI Horizon represented the seller, Wabash National Trailer Centers Inc., in the sale. TEC Equipment of Portland, Oregon, bought the property, which was built in 2000.
