Phoenix’s ‘younger’ industrial market driving demand, spurring even more development


The relatively young overall age and smaller size of the Phoenix market's industrial space inventory means there is plenty of room to grow — in fact, only one other industrial market in the country has a younger industrial inventory. It also means the Valley has what industrial tenants are looking for, experts say.
