After two years of slipping, the Triangle is back on the rise in the annual rankings of best places to live by U.S. News and World Report.
The Triangle jumped three slots and other North Carolina cities were lauded as well Tuesday as U.S. News and World Report released its annual survey of the best places to live.
The Triangle checked in at No. 10 after ranking No. 13 last year.
The new rankings mark a return to the Top 10 for the Triangle, which ranked No. 7 in 2017 and No. 4 in 2016.
