Two local barbecue joints debuted food trucks this week – Pappy's, with the Pappy's Rollin' Smoke truck, and Sugarfire, with the Brisket 1 truck in Indianapolis.

The openings indicate food trucks aren't going anywhere. Despite some local closures last year, St. Louis' mobile eateries are on a roll.
