Pittsburgh developer eyes senior housing project in Dublin, Ohio


Pittsburgh-based Graziano Construction Inc. has proposed building a senior housing project on about 4.5 acres in Dublin, Ohio.

The four-story, 147,000-square-foot retirement community would feature as many as 132 residential units, 20 of which would be allocated for personal care.

The facility would have two dining areas, two studio spaces and a fitness center. The plans call the project The Residences at Tuller Heights.
