One of the largest home improvement retailers in the country is moving ahead with its plan to bring a new location to the Dayton area.
Menards will break ground next spring on a new location in Fairborn, its fourth store in the Miami Valley. Miamisburg-based Oberer Realty Services said the store will be constructed on 21 acres within the Valle Greene North development owned by the firm.
