A dog park, yoga lawn, playground and golf cart parking or just some of the features included in site plans for an amenity center coming to e-Town's Cypress Bluff Community Development District.
Plans submitted Wednesday show a 2,279-square-foot fitness center surrounded by various outdoor amenities.
The Cypress Bluff CDD, formed last year, serves as a quasi-governmental body that protects the bondholders who fund construction. Its district is located off of I-295 and State Road 9B.
