Plans to transform Austin’s Sixth Street move forward, but potential historic designation sparks concern


Stream Realty hopes to bring offices, hotels, restaurants and new entertainment venues to Sixth Street, an area known for drinking and partying. That includes a building as tall as 122 feet.
