Plymouth to solicit bids for demolition of long-vacant, city-owned Four Seasons Mall

The city of Plymouth is moving forward with plans to raze a long-vacant strip mall and pave the way for redevelopment of the 17-acre property near Highway 169 and Rockford Road.

Plymouth City Council at the end of July authorized city staff to begin the process of obtaining bids for the Four Seasons Mall demolition. City staff is now working with a consultant to put together a bid package. Shawn Drill, a senior planner for the city, expects submissions to open in the next six to eight weeks.
