Portman Holdings to complete makeover of Charlotte mill into office, retail space this summer (PHOTOS)

Phase one of the adaptive-reuse project at Savona Mill in Charlotte's West End is slated for completion early this summer. It includes nearly 200,000 square feet of office and retail space.
