Structure Therapeutics raises $161M in Bay Area’s first IPO of 2023


The Bay Area's first initial public offering of the year raised $161 million after it boosted the size of its offering and hit the top of its price targets.

South San Francisco-based Structure Therapeutics Inc. was set to make its Wall Street debut on Friday morning as the first major IPO from the region since last March when Menlo Park-based An2 Therapeutics Inc. went public.
