Procter & Gamble agrees to consolidation of industry-wide lawsuits against DayQuil, other decongestants


Procter & Gamble, seeking the fastest possible resolution to the cases against DayQuil, has agreed the flurry of proposed class-action lawsuits should be consolidated and transferred to a single district court.
