This winter, Pioneer Human Services CEO Karen Lee made an acquisition, hired a new CFO and launched a new construction business. Pioneer is also a little known player in the region's aerospace world: its Pioneer Industries unit made more than 2 million parts for Boeing airplanes plants last year.
