Pullman Standard opens in Cummins Station with James Beard Award-winning chef RJ Cooper


Nashville’s downtown workers and residents have a new watering hole, located in the historic Cummins Station.

Pullman Standard, which opened Jan. 25, offers a 1920s feel with cocktails by bar director Amy Van Buren and food by James Beard Award-winning chef RJ Cooper — the mind behind former Germantown concepts Saint Stephen and Acqua, which closed in October.
