Q1 Cecil Commerce report: interest high for industrial space


The first few months of the year at Cecil Commerce Center saw a slew of companies show interest in massive industrial spaces, according to developer Hillwood’s Q1 2018 report.

Among the inquiries were:

At the end of the first quarter, Hillwood received an inquiry from a broker who did not disclose his or her client. The client was interested in a 1 million-square-foot distribution facility.
Atlanta-based company told Hillwood it was considering relocating a portion of its operations to Jacksonville…
