A ramen restaurant is joining the mix at the Shops at Canton Crossing.
A sign posted on a storefront next to the Papa John's pizzeria in the center indicates an eatery called Akira Ramen & Izakaya is preparing to open in the space. The sign says the restaurant is in the process of hiring employees.
