Hall of Famer Edgar Martinez’s Bellevue penthouse at One Lincoln Tower just hit the market for $9.78 million. This comes one day after Cooperstown elected No. 11 to baseball’s Hall of Fame.
His long-time real estate broker Tere Foster texted an excited congratulations to him the minute his election into the hall happened, and he texted right back. Foster and Moya Skillman of Team Foster at Compass are marketing the penthouse for sale.
