Ramen Tatsu-Ya founders to serve up something different with new North Austin restaurant


The founders of Ramen Tatsu-Ya are ready to dip their toes into a new restaurant concept in North Austin.

Restaurateur Tatsu Aikawa and the Tatsu-Ya family have announced plans to open DipDipDip Tatsu-Ya at 7301 Burnet Road later this summer.
