A recently rebuilt home along the ocean in Palm Beach County's Gulf Stream sold for $13.88 million.
The 5,816-square-foot home was sold by 3501 NOC BLVD GS FL LLC, managed by architect Rustem Kupi Jr., to 501 North Ocean Boulevard LLC, a Delaware-registered company. It’s not clear who controls the buyer.
The price equated to $2,387 a square foot.The original home was built in 1991. Kupi’s company acquired the 0.95-acre site for $9.25 million in 2015 and completed the new home in 2017.
