The first two Park Grove condominium towers – developed by the Related Group and Terra, and with a design by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Rem Koolhaas – have been completed in Miami's Coconut Grove.
Two Park Grove and Park Grove Club Residences are located at 2821 and 2831 S. Bayshore Drive, respectively. The 23-story towers with sleek curves have a stunning view of Dinner Key Marina and Biscayne Bay. The condo towers have 72 and 132 units, respectively.
