Renewable energy CEO sells Bal Harbour mansion for $24M (Photos)


A company managed by Invenergy CEO Michael P. Polsky sold a mansion in Bal Harbour for $24 million, a record price for a single-family home in the city.

The 11,700-square-foot home at 224 Bal Bay Drive was sold by 9425 Miami Real Estate LLC, managed by Polsky in Chicago, to Miami-based US PLO 224 LLC. The buyer is a Delaware-registered company, so it's not clear who owns it.

Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman represented the seller and Sandra Debuire of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
