Report: Tampa Bay companies using end of year bonuses to retain workers


As companies look at new strategies to attract and retain employees, the latest survey by the staffing agency Robert Half shows more are using year bonuses to continue to grow.

According to the survey, six in 10 U.S. companies (57%) plan to award year-end bonuses in 2022. While this is down 77% since last year, it’s still a sign that staff retention remains the top priority for many companies.
