Report: Tampa Bay luxury home sales see the biggest decline in a decade


Luxury home sales in Tampa Bay have declined to one of the lowest marks in the decade, according to the latest report from the real estate website Redfin.

Nationally, luxury home sales in the U.S. sank 38.1% annually during the three months ending Nov. 30. The decline eclipses the 31.4% drop in sales in the mainstream market for the same time period, which is a record, according to data going back to 2012.
