Restaurant in Nau’s Enfield Drug continues to struggle


Worries about the potential demise of Nau's Enfield Drug might be overwrought — spurred by a family disagreement over the future of the business.

CultureMap Austin reported Thursday that the well-known Clarksville eatery and pharmacy was in danger of shuttering its restaurant for good. It quoted manager Laura Labay, who recently posted a letter outside the store suggesting the restaurant, at least, would be forced to close because of a lack of staff and stiff competition from nearby businesses.
