Movie theaters, bowling, gaming, food and drinks seem on the way to Hutto, not too far from the new Samsung factory. The Hutto City Council on Jan. 5 will meet to weigh whether to approve a pair of economic development performance agreements for the project that will result in the expansion of Townwest Commons at the northwest corner of State Highway 79 and County Road 119.
