Rezoning sought for Concord mixed-use development proposed with apartments, retail space


A development with more than 100 apartments and 6,000 square feet of retail space is planned at the Concord site. The Concord Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to conduct a public hearing tomorrow for a rezoning request tied to the project.
