Rice Bowl, longtime Chinese restaurant on Columbus’ south side, to close


A longtime Columbus Chinese restaurant is in its last month of business.

The Rice Bowl restaurant at 2300 S. High St., a fixture in south Columbus for 64 years, announced that it will close at the end of May.

“We appreciate your patronage over the years and want to thank you for your continued support,” the restaurant posted on Facebook. “It has been an honor to serve you, and we will always cherish the memories we have made with our customers."
