Richardson is streamlining its strategy to land corporate relocations


With a surge of sublease space hitting its office market and corporate relocations and expansions seemingly slowing, the city of Richardson has its share of challenges on the economic development front. The city has retooled its economic development strategy with the goal of "big corridors" of companies "up and down 75," the city manager says.
