Rising costs, financing issues delay timelines of mega projects 100 N. Main, The Walk on Union


The full redevelopment of 100 N. Main has been delayed by rising costs. It was first estimated to cost $267M for both the restoration of the tower and a site next to it. Now, it will be done in two phases, with the tower project alone expected to cost $261M.
