The Shaw Tate Group is leading the efforts on the Riverbend Preserve project, which spans hundreds of acres on the Gaston-Lincoln county line along N.C. Highway 16. Shaw Tate is working with Childress Klein, which is leading the industrial development efforts at the proposed project.
