The city of Rocklin has filed suit against the former operator of its Quarry Park Adventures park, alleging the company misrepresented its abilities and didn’t abide by an agreement with the city.
In a suit filed Wednesday in Placer County Superior Court, the city accuses Legacy Family Adventures and its CEO, David Busch, of fraud, negligent misrepresentation and breach of contract, among other claims.
