Rodeo Houston’s Go Tejano Day, art auction break all-time records


The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo has broken its all-time paid rodeo/concert attendance record for the second time this season.

Go Tejano Day on March 10, featuring Los Tigres Del Norte in concert, drew 75,586 paid rodeo/concert attendees, according to a press release. That’s six more than the previous record, set on March 1, when Cardi B performed.

Garth Brooks’ performance on March 18, 2018, is in No. 3 with 75,577, with the 2018 and 2017 Go Tejano Days rounding out the top five spots.…
