Ahmed Smadi has opened Roll Up Ice Cream at 3015 Columbiana Road in Vestavia Hills, reports the Vestavia Voice.
Smadi plans to add scooped ice cream and milkshakes to the menu that features Thai rolled ice cream in the future.
The shop is open from 1 to 9 p.m. every day except for Sunday, when it is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
