If you're looking for a prime view to go with a cocktail and a diverse meny, the Mountaineering Club opened this month on top of the new Graduate Hotel Seattle in the University District.
Located 16 floors up, in the hotel's former penthouse suite, the Mountaineering Club features both indoor and outdoor seating. The space has low ceilings for an intimate setting, but has mirrors around the space to reflect the view visible through the windows, such as the Space Needle and Mount Rainier.
