Roseville Planning Commission rejects appeal of Tower Investments’ downtown adaptive reuse project

Roseville planning commissioners unanimously voted to deny the appeal of approvals for a downtown adaptive reuse project Thursday night, after the appellant didn't show up to press its claims.
