Roseville reviewing 2 million-square-foot industrial park proposal from Panattoni Development

After buying 236 acres on Phillip Road from the city two years ago, Panattoni Development Co. Inc. is moving through approvals for what would be a 2.43 million-square-foot industrial park on that site.
