Ryan Cos. will have to revisit big OP mixed-use after City Council’s rejection


After the Overland Park City Council rejected Ryan Cos.' plans for a mixed-use at 135th and Antioch — a project city planners unanimously approved — the developer will have to reconsider parts of its plan. But the company isn't walking away from the apartments and retail uses it has planned.
