San Antonio-based pizza chain enters Houston market


Urban Bricks is the latest build-your-own pizza chain to enter the Houston market.

The San Antonio-based company opened a location at 12161 Westheimer Road, near Phoenicia Specialty Foods, on Dec. 21, according to a press release. The fast-casual restaurant offers dine-in, take-out and drive-thru options.

Customers can choose from more than 30 ingredients to build their own pizza, pasta, panini or salad. Pizzas, pasta and paninis are baked in a rotating oven in just two minutes. The restaurant…
