Washington counties not included in this data are Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark and Skamania. Northern Idaho counties included in this data are Boundary, Bonner, Kootenai, Benewah, Shoshone, Latah, Nez Perce, Lewis, Clearwater and Idaho.
