School-turned-industrial facility sells for $5.05 million


A former school that was converted into an industrial building at Peoria and 23rd avenues sold for $5.05 million.

The 72,072-square-foot facility formerly housed the Bryman School of Arizona, which closed in 2014. It has since been converted to have 52,072 square feet of warehouse space and 20,000 square feet of Class A office space, said Becca Bogdansky, a spokeswoman for CBRE, in a press release.
